Anglesey Spring On Ffermio S4C

Dafydd has been on TV this month, with an interview featured on Ffermio S4C’s countryside and farming magazine. The piece, presented by Daloni Metcalfe, shows how the geology of the landscape around Tyn Pwll farm created the ideal conditions for pure calcium rich water. Very little processing is needed, as the water is naturally filtered through layers of sand, gravel then limestone which gives it it’s mineral rich composition. And it bubbles up naturally, pumped to the shed and bottled here in the purpose built bottling plant at the farm. We’ll post the clip on Facebook

First batch of Anglesey Spring mineral water delivered!

After spending the past 6 months setting up the bottling plant we’re now up and running with the first batch of 2000 bottles of Anglesey Spring mineral water delivered at the end of March. We’re excited to be supplying local restaurants and tearooms with distinctive tasting sparkling and still mineral water sourced and bottled right here on the Isle of Anglesey! We’ll be supplying our water in 330 ml and 750 ml glass bottles and 500 ml plastic bottles.

Anglesey Spring got a feature on Wales Online last week too! Thanks to Chris Kelsey, journalist focusing on business and environmental issues in Wales, for his great article in the Farming section of WalesOnline: See the full article here or follow Chris on Twitter

At Beaumaris Food Festival

Anglesey Spring spent a busy weekend last weekend at the Beaumaris Food Festival over the weekend of the 10th and 11th of September. We managed to get a number of sample bottles ready for the festival to showcase our mineral water. There was lots of interest in the product. All of the bottles went and we were pleased to make some very useful contacts locally. (more…)
